This active workshop is designed to help you create the first use cases and business cases for your organization to leverage Blockchain. It is organized in three main parts:
The workshop starts with a general introduction to the design of use cases and business cases involving Blockchain technology. It builds upon the knowledge acquired during the Blockchain for Businesses and Organizations training.
Put into practice what you've learned throughout the trainings and the first part of the workshop. In this part, participants work in groups on the design of one or several use cases and business cases for Blockchain in their organization. During this time, the instructor helps the groups as a coach, to guide them through the design of a good first use case.
In the last part of the workshop, each group presents its use and business cases to the other participants. The instructor provides a feedback and the other participants are encouraged to discuss the proposed solutions and ask questions.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a couple of first use and business cases for Blockchain in your organization. They can then be further investigated and developed to envision the implementation of the first Blockchain integration of your organization!
